    Yes yes yes! So glad to have the best store in the game in my city I came in to the northglenn location and got completely outfitted with all things puffco pivot this thing is amazing just like 710 which happens to carry ALL things puffco and dr dabber! I just picked up the switch 2 and had to pair it with a spinner cap that 710 makes in house as Kadabra glass this cap is absolutely perfect I think it's 1 of the only spinner caps made for the switch 2 A MUST HAVE! that and the sapphire insert I could only find at 710 can't wait for when they have more switch 2 tops from kadabra in stock Keep up the good work guys I'll see ya soon!

    They have been one of the 1st shops to carry after market pieces for the DR dabber switch2 which already a big deal but Kadabra is killing it with the spinner caps and even the dry top performs amazingly despite no water filter function. Money well spent and service was friendly and quick shipping.

    Earlier tonight went to a smoke shop with a staff who didn't even know what an ash catcher is. Came here to an actual respectable establishment run by professionals and the difference is absolutely night and day, didn't find exactly what I was looking for (because 45 degree ash catchers are unicorns, apparently) but the vibe was just too excellent not to just use the excuse to get another bong and one of their many 90 degree ash catchers. Returning to snag some of those snazzy lamps and enjoy exemplary customer service.

    I’ve only been to 7 10 Pipes few times, but both experiences have been great! I’m not from the area, but the associate, Kurt was incredibly helpful in assisting my husband and I with our needs. He took the time to guide us through the selection, ensuring we found exactly what we was looking for. The shop has a solid variety, and the service has been outstanding the few times we’ve visited. Whether you need something basic like wraps or some pearls, to more expensive purchases like bangers rigs and bongs, Matt will have you covered and will show you love with any discount he can.     I love Puffco products, but don’t particularly like dealing with the company. So instead, 710 Pipes is my go to spot for all things Puffco!(And Backwoods) 710 is a great store with great people! Dylan and Kurt are both very kind and they were super helpful when I bought two Puffco Pivots yesterday afternoon. The store is always kept very clean, and they always have a great selection of whatever you’re looking for! Highly recommend.

    My husband has been in the store a couple of times. Today he purchased a couple of things and the cashier forgot to give him a discount on an item when I called the store to inform them. The supervisor said in order to get The discount you would need to come back into the store with the receipt credit card, etc I said normally they can just do it over the phone and she said no we will need the items so I was a little bit frustrated! So I drove all the way back to the store and when I got there, no one said thank you. No one said sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing real great customer service! Needless to say I will NOT be returning!

    I am giving 5 stars only because I’ve always loved this place, however I received terrible customer service today at 1:15 from a nerdy dude with glasses. He is a very disrespectful POS. The female manager on the other hand was very helpful in trying to help me with my problems.Word to the wise. Don’t buy the VENTY from Storz and Bickel. It will stop working after a few weeks and it is hell to try and get your money back. Buy the Mighty Plus. It doesn’t have the E04 code nonsense. Do your research on these. The VENTY is great when it works but they all break down and 710 pipes likes to keep that part to themselves.

    One of my favorite shops! Such a vast selection of all types of items for any type of smoking need. The employees are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products, they are very helpful if you have an idea of what you want but not a product in mind exactly. The prices of the products are also very reasonable which is why I’m willing to drive across town to come to this shop. Definitely worth the trip.

    I ordered a puffco proxy in the color bloom from them online and they shipped it out soooo fast and it came really quick! Less than a week I think. And that color is rlly hard to find and it's hard to find high quality smoking devices in cute colors so I was happy to find it at a REALLY REALLY GOOD AND REASONABLE PRICE that's what sold me. The price was amazing thank youuuu bc that color is overpriced on other sites by like 100 more dollars. It was also really cute and sweet of them to include some extra goodies in my order I'm so excited to use them that's so sweet 🥺🥺🥺 ❤️

    My boyfriend and I are taking a week trip in CO and had to stop by this shop. The glass art could keep me in there for hours, and the staff, especially Tarrah, was beyond helpful and so awesome to talk to. Some of the best glass I’ve ever seen.     Having recently moved from California, this place is like a candy store, and I was a bit overwhelmed by so many options. Thankfully Tarrah was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable San kind in assisting me with my decisions. She was able, with a few questions, to determine what would be a few good options for me and then to explain - in terms I understood, some little differences between things like "ice" vs non-ice flavors, aftertastes, and other tips I found very helpful.And then to find out I qualified for a discount?!710 is fantastic and not only will I be coming back, I'll be directing my friends and houseguests here, as well!10/10 recommend!

    The atmosphere of the shop is really refined and top tier. It’s classy and spacious. A beautiful selection of glass and vape products. The staff members I met were Matt and I believe Star. Both were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. 10/10 I would definitely shop here again. I loved their vibe and I’m excited to go back to view some more products. I say place because they have so many different things there and it’s not just a “headshop” From the amazing glassware they have to the huge variety of other beautiful things that they are constantly adding and/or changing, I would more call it a place of art than anything else.Also it is managed very well and they are super customer focused.     **UPDATE** shortly after posting this review I received shipping confirmation on my back ordered item as well as an additional follow up email from Dylan letting me know my item was being drop-shipped from their store order to get to me faster. WOW! Now that I have my piece (well packaged, gorgeous, triple ratchet for the smoothest hits) I am so happy with the entire experience. I cannot recommend them enough!710 pipes has outstanding customer service! I placed an online order over the holiday weekend and within an hour of placing my order one of their employees, Dylan, reached out to let me know that there was an error on the site and the piece I ordered was not in stock. She left a detailed message and we were able to transition to email and found a solution that works. She was kind and gracious with her time and my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, I truly felt that she was trying to help me and not just make a sale. She provided a wide range of possible solutions from alternative pieces, to waiting on the back order, or a full refund. She took care to note that I was shopping the sale and made sure the alternatives were within the same style as well as price range and was also able to offer a discount when I considered upgraded pieces. Such a great atmosphere and amazing team of people that are very welcoming and definitely go above and beyond. I was looking for a new water pipe that has glycerin on the inside so that you can freeze it for a seamlessly cool smoking experience. They told me they have them, but they sold the last one and didn’t have any more. A few guys from the back heard me inquiring about this and they popped their heads out to let me know they just got more in, and they just need a second to go through and open the boxes to get them out. All the pipes were 50% off and I got such a great deal! Shoutout to everyone that went above and beyond and helped me that evening. Tarrah, Thomas, Levi and Russ! Amazing peoples, honest service and quality products!!! I drive 40 minutes just to get here and it’s 100% worth the drive. Thank you again to 710 Pipes, I will be back!

    Spent over $660 here, was told if there’s any issues within the first 30 days to come back and they’ll make it right. Come back 5 days later with a small issue with one of the items I bought, assuming it’d be a quick replacement but the manager tells me they can’t do anything (with the employee who sold me everything standing there and straight up admitted to saying we could come back within the first 30 days…!?) and that most likely the manufacturer won’t help either…DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!     I recently went to 710 in order to shop for a new bong. Brian helped my girlfriend and I pick out the perfect peice to fit our needs! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process.The selection at this store was also huge!! They had a ton of both imports and local glass to choose from with a very wide variety of sizes, perks, colors, and designs. There were also tons of other really cool accessories to look through and choose from.Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the experience I had during my most recent visit!     Never been in here before and heard it was too expensive. It was right down the street for my house And I decided to give it a chance. Thomas helped me out and he Hooked me up.     I love every piece I've gotten from 710 Pipes, they've never disappointed. Their pieces are really durable, drops that would shatter my other pieces have no effect on 710's pieces.     Man this place goes the extra mile. So I am a truck driver and got held up in Denver for a week. What a find. I bought one of their Turkish handmade lamps. It is the one with all the hanging globes. I posted pictures. Well they took the time and bubble wrapped it so I could get it home safe which is in North Dakota. I will be in to say hello to them when I roll back through there. Just nice people who are sincere and treat their customers like friends!

If shes out in the front, you want Dylan to help you. Shes the curly haired, platform boosted glass expert. She is more than happy to talk you through the pros and cons of whatever your looking for.     By far some of the best customer service I have received since being in Denver. Brian was extremely helpful, had fantastic communication over multiple days, and worked with me to find the exact product I was looking for! 10/10 would recommend this place people.Update: Complete transparency, if I had known it would take 5 days just to get delivered I would have made the drive up and picked it up, maybe wouldn’t recommend getting anything shipped (blame is probably directed towards usps & not the shop but just wanted to throw that in there)

    This is my go-to pipe shop. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful, Nathaniel was so positive and answered all of my questions without judgement. He's one of my favorite workers, he's always there and always working his butt off. If you have any questions, ask his advice, he's very knowledgeable and honest.
